RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Chez Noir we believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We want you, the consumer, to be completely happy with our products and we will do our best to ensure that this happens.

- Due to the personal nature of our products and the associated hygiene issues, products can not be returned unless defective and unworn.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If necessary, we will instruct you on how to return your defective item.
- Returned items will be immediately inspected and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s defect a replacement item will be shipped to you without charge.
- In the event that the problem is not considered a manufactures defect the item can be returned to you, the consumer. Please Note: a handling fee of $10.00 and all associated re-shipping costs will be required to be paid by you, the consumer, before your product is returned.
- A product is not classed as defective if it has been used in any other way than is intended, or in the event that it is accidentally damaged by, but not limited to, dropping or misuse, water or moisture, incorrect power supplied, battery failure, incompatible lubricants, etc.
- No returns on adult toys.
- Should there be a shipping error, it is the responsibility of you, the consumer, to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
- If you have placed an order but now wish to cancel, please get in touch with us as fast as possible. The faster you reach us, the easier it will be to for us to cancel it.
- Cancellations which are attempted after processing has been completed will be subject to a 25% re-stocking/cancellation fee.
- Cancellations attempted after the product has been shipped will result in you, the consumer, having to pay the shipping and handling charges, the cost of the return shipping, and a re-stocking/cancellation fee of 25%.
- Packages that are returned to us as unclaimed or refused, which have incurred return shipping costs will be billed to your credit card. A re-stocking/cancellation fee of 25% will also be charged.
Sale Items / Seconds:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale!
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from this.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
